Dome House Al & Mickey Quinlan Artist Residency

Whitefish Bay, located on Wisconsin’s Door Peninsula, has long been a creative haven for artists. Inspired by the history of the Dome House and the vibrant artistic community in Door County, this residency (August 4 – September 28, 2025) aims to give one artist the opportunity to create work in a unique environment providing inspiration and solitude. Open to artists working in fine art mediums and residing in the Midwest states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, or South Dakota. The program, created and led in partnership with the Miller Art Museum, also provides opportunities for public access to an artist at work through supplemental programming and educational content for the community. $500 stipend. Personal Essence

The Midwest Center for Photography in Wichita, KS seeks entries for a photography exhibition, May 2-30, 2025. Juror: Linda Robinson, Gallery Director. Documenting the intrinsic nature of the human form through capturing the personal essence of a person is the aim for achieving an outstanding portrait photograph. We tend to photograph a person because we find interesting visual forms and indispensable characteristics of a person, wishing to feature their individualistic visual essence. Wild about Art Call for Artists

The Toledo Zoo is seeking creative artists and skilled makers to take part in our uniquely wild, two-day art fair that takes place throughout Zoo grounds. This event held August 9 & 10, 2025 features local and regional artists with various mediums on display and for sale for thousands of Zoo visitors. It also includes live entertainment, hands-on art activities and of course animals! Mediums permitted: Ceramics, Drawing, Painting, Glass, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Metal Working, Photography, Printmaking/Graphics, Sculpture, Textiles and Wood. The Cincinnati based non-profit arts organization and gallery, Manifest, invites visual artists and designers to submit original works of art in any media, any genre/style, and any size in tandem with another artist. We’re Doing It ALL Wrong® – 5th Annual Art Exhibition

Edward A. Dixon Gallery in Dayton, Ohio seeks entries for a juried art exhibition, August 1 – September 28, 2025. Open to all artists in the U.S., 18 years and older. Wall art (paintings, drawings, fiber art, photography, etc) not to exceed 50″ on its longest side. Wall art must be framed if appropriate, wired and ready to hang. (No sawtooth hangers.) Three-dimensional art must be able to fit through a standard size door. The gallery can provide pedestals, but any other equipment or hardware needed for installation must be provided by the artist. Greenwood Parks & Recreation, in Greenwood, IN invites you to participate in our 2025-2027 juried, on-loan, public art exhibit –
Art on the Trail – an outdoor sculpture gallery. This open call is for outdoor three-dimensional art. Selected artists will be awarded $3,000 for the two-year loan project.
