“Breadth and Depth: Earth, Water, Air, & Fire”

The Bristol Art Museum in Bristol, RI seeks entries for a national juried exhibition, February 4 – March 24, 2024. Juror: Karen Drysdale Harris. This exhibit challenges conventional boundaries, inviting artists to create artwork that expresses ideas about the natural world. Our goal is to venture into the intricate interplay between the elemental forces of nature and the profound depths of human consciousness. We are seeking submissions that capture the essence of “Breadth and Depth,” and that are suitable for mailing in an envelope no larger than 12″x15″ (no boxes, please). The artwork can vary in size, from small to large when unfolded, additionally both the envelope and its contents can be considered as one unified artwork (optional). We invite you to push the limits of artistic expression and embrace the tactile experience. Works will be pinned (no holes in work) or adhered to the walls, suspended, placed on a pedestal or on the floor. Metamorphosis: Recycled, Repurposed, Reimagined

Annmarie Sculpture Gardens in Solomons, MD announces a call to artists for a juried art exhibition, February 9 – April 21, 2024. Juror Awards. This exhibition seeks to inspire environmentally sustainable artmaking through found objects, creative reuse, and upcycled art. By repurposing by-products, waste materials, or unwanted objects and transforming them into something with more perceived and artistic value, we encourage artists to explore environmental themes, engage in social commentary, implore a call to action, or infuse realism, emotion, or humor in their work. Artwork must include a repurposed material as a primary medium. 2-D and 3-D artwork will be considered. Outdoor artwork is also welcome. All work must be created within the last four years. Fight For Freedom

The Town of Concord, Massachusetts is pleased to announce a Call for Art. On a prominently situated lawn in historic Concord Center, we seek a temporary art installation to creatively interpret the ways in which people have struggled for the fight for freedom through time in Concord, Massachusetts. Semi-finalists will receive a $500 stipend to refine their concepts. The artist/creative team selected for installation will receive $20,000 to execute their work. Artists, aged 18 and over, working individually or in teams, in any phase of their career are encouraged to apply. Preference given to designs that support more diverse, inclusive, and equitable public art and creatively respond to the proposed site. We encourage imaginative interpretation of the theme and invite a variety of conceptual approaches, materials, scale, and design. 2025 Solo and Group Exhibition Proposals

The Rehoboth Art League announces a call to artists for 2025 Solo and Group Exhibition Proposals. Open to members and non-members. This is a very competitive program as RAL can only accept a limited number of proposals each year. Artworks in any media will be reviewed. The RAL is situated in the town of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, a highly traveled area not only by the residents of this and the expanding surrounding communities, but also by art patrons from the Washington DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and New York metropolitan areas. Over 29,000 people participate in Rehoboth Art League programs annually. Special exhibitions have played an important part of our programming since the league’s beginning, in1938. The RAL campus houses the Corkran, Tubbs, Ventures, and Homestead galleries. $25 for members / $45 for non-members. (non-refundable). Deadline: July 21, 2024 (midnight). More info.
