We’re teaming up with ISH to release something wildly exciting, Hajime Sorayama’s infamous movie poster for David Cronenberg’s even more infamous film, Naked Lunch!
Hajime Sorayama’s legendary art career has spanned decades and gone through multiple fascinating phases. Although Sorayama is synonymous with erotic, hyper realistic robots nowadays, we’ve always been drawn to his more oddball work, including his poster for 1991’s Naked Lunch.
To compliment the experimental Cronenberg film, Sorayama’s poster is a striking mix of surrealist imagery that offers, all at the same time, an erotic, grotesque, yet fascinating image that you can’t turn your head away from. We’ve adored this movie poster for decades, and thanks to ISH, we’re finally able to give it some extra love with a faithful, high fidelity screen print release!
Naked Lunch will be available for purchase on Wednesday (9/18) @ 12PM ET, on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
