This Tuesday, Robert Laskey takes us to Burton’s Gotham with the purr-fect debut print and Andy Fairhurst takes us to Superman’s Fortress of Solitude!
Hailing from Minnesota, Robert’s stylized, painterly illustrations have sunk their teeth deep into us. We’re excited to present Robert’s first BNG release, a charming and slick portrait of Catwoman from 1992’s Batman Returns. Robert’s portraits are full of life, and his Selina Kyle is lovingly filled with delicate details that bring out the uniqueness of Batman Returns’ costume work and overall design.
We’re also excited to offer Robert’s Selina portrait as a Multi-Layer Acrylic print! Robert’s portraits already have so much depth, and these Multi-Layer Acrylics help spotlight that, while making the whole piece multi-dimensional.
Andy’s newest Supes print paints a remarkable picture of Superman, standing resolutely outside of his icy Fortress of Solitude. With James Gunn’s electrifying Superman movie coming closer to release, we’re excited to let some of our favorite artists loose on the Man of Steel and all of the awesome lore surrounding him.
