This Wednesday, we’ve got our sights set on an artist we’ve admired for a long time, Akiko Stehrenberger!
Akiko’s art and poster work walks a perfect tightrope between conceptually clever and boldly brilliant. We’ve collected and admired Akiko’s work for years, and we’re proud to present her newest print for Marvel’s recent fan-favorite flick, Thunderbolts*. Without going too deep into spoiler territory, Akiko’s print ties together the film’s main themes, isolation and the void of loneliness, as well as the story’s main villain in a simple, yet striking image, that hits as hard as the film.
