Diljit Dosanjh has stepped into a new world with the first look from his upcoming film Border 2, and the makers have built strong interest around this reveal. The film has been in discussion for months, and the team has now shared a clear picture of Dosanjh in the Indian Air Force uniform. This confirms that the story will not remain confined to the ground and that the air force will play an important role in the narrative. The makers first pushed the conversation forward by releasing posters of Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan, and the new reveal adds a fresh layer of excitement.

The poster places Dosanjh inside the cockpit of a fighter jet. The frame shows him surrounded by smoke and fire as the aircraft takes heavy gunfire. Bullets strike the cockpit glass while he stays steady in his seat. The image sets a tone of urgency and conflict without giving too much away. The look was shared on his handle along with the announcement of the release date of 23rd January, 2026. The date positions the film right before the Republic Day weekend, which gives the project a symbolic moment to land on the big screen.

Along with the poster, Dosanjh also posted a short video on his social media accounts. The clip shows him walking out of an airbase hangar in full IAF uniform and turban, carrying the name tag NJS Sekhon. The visual is simple but strong, and it gives a direct sense of how he plans to hold this role. He captioned it with the line, “Issdeshkeaasmaanmein Guru kebaazpehradetehain🇮🇳,” and the line stays with the viewer after the video ends.

Sunny Deol started the wave of reveals when he shared his own character poster on Independence Day. He added the line, “Hindustan keliyeladenge….phirekbaar.” It set the stage for a story built on duty and courage. Soon after, Varun Dhawan followed with his own reveal and introduced his character with the words, “DeshkaFauji, Hoshiyar Singh Dahiya.” The two posters created a clear idea that the film aims to highlight different sides of service and sacrifice.
