Tom Morello is Ready to Bring His Son on Stage on His Maiden Indian Tour

The creative guitarist behind bands like Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave, Tom Morello, is all set to perform in India for the very first time, and he won’t be alone there!

Grammy Award-winning guitarist Tom Morello is best known for his amazing skills, which made him a member of some of the legendary rock bands of all time, such as Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave. The guitar legend is now all set to make his maiden entrance in India with his first tour. The musician shared his excitement for this tour, and it seems like a dream come true for the Indian rock lovers and metalheads. The fans of India have waited for decades to see this legend play live, and now, it is happening!

Morello shared, “It really is a dream come true. I know that many fans there have for decades been wanting Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Prophets of Rage, myself to come play… they’ve been waiting a long time and I’ve been waiting a long time, and it’s about to happen.” He is currently 61 years old and still plays like he is at his prime. The man is considered to be one of the significant personas in the evolving rock scene who inspired many rock enthusiasts and also offered his contributions to protest culture through rock music. This is going to be his first-ever Indian tour, and the gig is promoted by BookMyShow Live. The guitarist will be performing in three cities in India, and the tickets have already sold out.

The first show is taking place on December 17 in Gurugram, followed by the Mumbai concert on December 19, and lastly, the finale in Bengaluru on December 21. Talking about his set-list, the guitarist said, “You will see material from Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Prophets of Rage, my own stuff, collaborations with Bruce Springsteen, my solo projects, and newer work. I’m looking forward to being able to rock the fans there.” However, the most interesting fact is that the guitarist will not be alone on stage as he is willing to bring his family as well.

With a wide smile, Morello shared, “I’m bringing my family. I wanted them to experience it as well, and my son Roman, who is a spectacular shredding guitar player; there will be more than one generation of Morellos on stage.” It goes without saying that the rock music scene in India has been buzzing for years, and fans are happy to see their favorite artists on stage even after years of waiting.

Morello has shared his love for the Indian fans and shared, “I’m so excited about coming there. I’ve heard from fans from India my entire career wanting me to come play there and, and this may be, you know, this is it!
