Viewers of the divisive Star Wars project have celebrated the show’s special anniversary by relaunching a social media campaign for Leslye Headland to be granted a Season 2 renewal to continue the story. As a result, The Acolyte started trending on X/Twitter as people used the hashtag to voice their support and drum up demand for the series to expand beyond its initial eight-episode run.
