This Friday, we’re diving deep into the historical sewers of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lore and fishing out figures of the dynamic duo, Bebop and Rocksteady!
Our TMNT Firsts series with ISH focuses on bringing the original character designs from Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird character designs to life as figures. Bebop and Rocksteady are two of the Turtles’ most fun foes, rocking larger than life attitudes and some hilariously heavy artillery. Based on Eastman and Laird’s original designs from 1987, we worked closely with Eastman, who provided incredibly rare and cool reference materials that display backside turnaround sketches of the original Bebop and Rocksteady character designs! We used these detailed sketches to ensure that these figures are as accurate as possible to Eastman and Laird’s original vision.
Each limited edition figure will have a unique numbered edition hologram sticker on the color box.
Bebop and Rocksteady figures will be available on Friday (10/17) @ 12PM ET on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
