A Sign of Affection episode 11 was titled Promise, and it saw a development between Yuki and Itsuomi’s blooming relationship. With Yuki staying the night at Itsuomi’s place, the mutual respect between the two characters was prevalent in the episode.
Itsuomi respected Yuki’s boundaries and gave her space, while Oushi talked to Yuki much more respectfully after the latter’s confrontation with Itsuomi in the previous installment. Moreover, Yuki secured a job at a café run by Madoka’s aunt, who seemed friendly and good-spirited.
In the episode, Rin informs Yuki that she and Kyouka are not a couple yet. However, she expressed that there has been no problem between them, indicating that their relationship will only grow stronger moving forward.
A significant development in the story involves Shin and Emma. The former called Emma to meet and tell her that Itsuomi, whom she had been in love with for the longest time, had a girlfriend. The news saddened Emma, but to her surprise, Shin asked her to choose him. However, the installment did not reveal Emma’s answer, setting the stage for the same in the upcoming episode.
