SAG’s 2026 Actor Awards Nominations: See the Full List of Nominees

Nominations have officially been revealed for SAG-AFTRA’s newly named Actor Awards.

Abbott Elementary‘s Janelle James and Heated Rivalry‘s breakout star Connor Storrie announced the list of nominees on Wednesday, January 7, ahead of the 32nd annual SAG awards show on March 1.

Those following along with the 2026 awards season — which kicked off with the Critics Choice Awards on Sunday, January 4 — will likely notice a major change to the upcoming ceremony, formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards. News broke in November 2025 that the SAG Awards will now be called The Actor Awards presented by SAG-AFTRA.

“Since the beginning, our statue has been called The Actor and we’re a show that’s entirely about actors, so this new name is a perfect next step in the show’s evolution. The Actor Awards presented by SAG-AFTRA gives viewers in 190-plus countries an immediate understanding of who we are and what we’re about,” showrunner and executive producer Jon Brockett noted in a statement at the time.

Though the ceremony has a new name, fans shouldn’t expect to see differences in eligibility, voting or presentation of the awards.

Along with the film and TV nominees revealed on Wednesday, the awards show will celebrate Harrison Ford as the recipient of SAG-AFTRA’s highest honor, the Life Achievement Award.
