“Maps” redesigned by Samia is what happens when a classic map, layered with its history, detail, and narrative has someone with a passion for its original locations, themes, and footnotes and redraws it in their style. It holds their their emotional ink on canvas and it hits like a view at the end of a long hike let me tell you.
Samia has gone deep into the alt-rock noise, indie grunge forests and garage pop caves of this track and found treasure.
