On October 14, 2023, from 11am – 5pm, the 22nd ArtWalk Livermore will expand to encompass more of our lovely downtown and connect our art park site destinations, with street booths placed strategically to allow attendees to experience both local businesses and restaurants as well as the arts. We strongly suggest early signup to allow choice in booth assignments. We offer an opportunity to promote your artworks to a public interested in fine arts as well as fine craftwork. Your $10 entry must be followed up with a full registration form and artist fee ($100 if registered by July 31st, or $115 by final registration date of August 31st). Las Laguna Gallery in Laguna Beach, CA announces a call to artists for an upcoming art exhibition, October 5-28, 2023.
The Gallery seeks submissions from artists creating works of art that tells stories. The works can be open ended; thus, allowing the viewer to draw their own conclusions or the works can be designed to tell a story. City of Costa Mesa invites artists across Southern California to submit entries for their annual juried art show, October 27 – November 5, 2023 at the Norma Hertzog Community Center in Costa Mesa, CA. ShoreLake Arts is currently accepting submissions for 6X6NW, held September 30, 2023 at Shoreline Community College in Shoreline, WA. Awards: $100 for Sponsor’s Choice & $100 for People’s Choice. This is a community art exhibition featuring hundreds of original works of art. Each work of art must be 6 inches by 6 inches and artists may enter up to 10 works of any medium (2D or 3D). Entries will be exhibited in person only and offered for sale for $36 each. Registration and participation is open to everyone. All art must be delivered in person by Sept 7. Juror: Daniel Foster (30-year career in arts & museum leadership in Southern California). Eligible Art: All 2-dimensional (min size: 10″, max size: 72″) and any 3-dimensional artwork (glass/ceramic sculpture) that fits on a pedestal.
