Mia Alario is spilling the tea on season 4 of Southern Hospitality — including which castmate will be the “most nervous” to watch it back.

“I think we all just kind of threw the towel away and we’re like, ‘F*** it!’” Mia, 27, exclusively told Us Weekly on Saturday, November 15, at BravoCon 2025 of the cast’s approach to the upcoming season of their reality show.

She teased, “I think a lot more of us — not myself, because I’ve always been this way — but I think are more transparent with their struggles, with their personal life, with their journeys.”

Mia noted that the cast’s openness “really changes the dynamics of the friend group” and fans will see it all when season 4 of Southern Hospitality premieres in 2026.

Mia’s costar Molly Moore couldn’t agree more, telling Us at the three-day convention in Las Vegas that the upcoming season is “a lot more real.”

She revealed there will be “real-life friendship fights, real-life issues” and a “very dynamic” Republic Garden & Lounge group of workers bringing it all together.

“It’s gonna be a fabulous season. I think it’s gonna be my favorite,” Mia added.

Just because Vanderpump Rules is revamping doesn’t mean reality TV viewers should stop raising their glasses high. While viewers spent 11 seasons watching Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz and more cast members transform from restaurant workers at SUR to reality TV royalty, Bravo recently confirmed season 12 will feature a brand-new cast from Lisa Vanderpump’s […]

While Mia and Molly are excited to see the new season, they both told Us that Michols Peña might not be a fan of his story line.

Mia noted that although Michols is “Republic’s sweetheart,” he is “young, and when you’re young, you do stupid s***, and you learn life lessons.”

Molly teased, “I think you kind of see a different side of him. I think it’s just more, not necessarily vulnerable, I think it’s a side that just might make him nervous.”

Michols, however, exclusively told Us at BravoCon that he has no qualms about his performance for season 4.

“Honestly, I’m not [nervous], but whoever said that needs to build a bridge and get over it,” he quipped on Saturday.

Michols played coy about his story line, noting that fans will have to “watch the season” to see who he’s not on good terms with.

“I don’t like speaking names into existence because then they pop up somewhere and they want to see me and ask me how I’m doing. I’m like, ‘I’m good,’” he clapped back, teasing that the upcoming season is “very loaded.”

Michols added, “There’s a lot going on. Everybody has their own thing going on. Usually, a good bit [of them] don’t have anything going on. So I’m surprised.”

Republic boss and former Southern Charm star Leva Bonaparte laughed, telling Us on Saturday, “One thing they all have going on is they’re just messy.”
