Paradigm Hires Craig Bernstein, Lindsay Samakow To Launch New Departments

EXCLUSIVE: Paradigm on Wednesday announced its hiring of Craig Bernstein and Lindsay Samakow who will respectively oversee new Physical Production and Speakers departments for the agency. Both will work out of Paradigm’s Los Angeles office.

Bernstein joins from A3, where he oversaw the Physical Production department. Prior to that, he was at UTA in the Motion Picture Production department, and ICM Partners for 20 years. Over the course of his career, he’s worked with directors, cinematographers, production designers, editors, costume designers, visual effects artists, stunt coordinators and other production professionals. The Syracuse University grad began his career working in production for several of the most-respected producers in the industry and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Samakow comes to Paradignm following a combined seven years at CAA and ICM Partners, which CAA acquired in 2022. As Co-Head of the Lecture Department at ICM Partners, she played an instrumental role in expanding the speaking business. A graduate of Penn State, she started her career at the Virginia-based Keppler Speakers, where she was the youngest ever Vice President. Samakow has represented prolific artists including Laverne Cox, Shonda Rhimes, Caroline Kennedy, Spike Lee, Regina King, Patrick Stewart, and Taye Diggs.
